What can I expect in my monthly kit?

There will be 5-8 full sized items in every kit to help you de-stress and relax. It's like receiving a birthday present every month!Note: Some kits may have snacks that may  contain nuts, therefore please check all snacks prior to consumption.


What happens after my first month?

 
If you like our kits, you will automatically be billed monthly (unless it's a one-time gift) to continue receiving more amazing kits like clockwork every month.


Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

There’s no contract on our monthly kits— you just pay as you go. If you change your mind, you cancel, it's easy! Just email us- info@revivalkit.com and you can cancel any time before your renewal date.

When am I billed? 

We bill you the 28th of each month.


When do you ship the kits out?

We ship our Revival Kits the 2nd Saturday of each month. Cut off for orders is the 1st Friday of every month (anything ordered after this will be included in the next shipment cycle)


What is the shipping time?

Revival Kit ships via USPS Priority Mail: estimated 2-4 days arrival for domestic and 7-10 days for international. Tracking is emailed for your convenience.


How do I cancel?

To cancel your subscription (we'd hate to see you go!), log into your account or send us an email, info@revivalkit.com. Your cancellation must be received before the 28th of each month.


What is your refund policy?

We only accept returns or exchanges if item(s) are damaged or defected. Unfortunately, we do not issue refunds as our kits are carefully selected with limited quantities. For further questions, send us an email - info@revivalkit.com.
